The Technical Mission/Internship is organized by the Inter-American Housing Union (UNIAPRAVI) and the Guatemalan Institute for the Promotion of Insured Mortgages (FHA). Its objective is to present and provide in-depth knowledge of Guatemala's housing policy, focusing on current regulations, implemented programs and projects, the insured mortgage system, and available financing options. The mission seeks to examine innovative initiatives and solutions from key players in housing finance and insurance, local governments, banking institutions, and international organizations. Additionally, innovations in the Guatemalan construction industry will be presented.
