The Inter-American Housing Union (Uniapravi) is pleased to announce the holding of the 30th Inter-American Mortgage Banking Course at the Holiday Inn Miami Beach-Oceanfront hotel facilities in Florida, United States, on Thursday, April 23, and Friday, April 24, 2026.
This is the most important regional forum on Mortgage Banking, which in turn constitutes a great opportunity to establish links with other banking and financial entities with housing portfolios, and sector authorities from various countries across the Americas.OBJECTIVE
The objective of this Inter-American Course is to contribute to the strengthening of human capital, primarily within Uniapravi member entities in Latin American and Caribbean countries, by analyzing technological innovation in the mortgage lending sector, various instruments and financing solutions for real estate developers and housing acquisition in vulnerable sectors, as well as new investment and financing opportunities and challenges in social rental housing and the Multifamily model in Latin America and the Caribbean.
